Founder

Wing Commander Satyam Kushwaha (Retd.) is a veteran Fighter Pilot, an Entrepreneur, an Innovator, a Geospatial Evangelist and a National Security Strategist with more than 28 yrs of professional experience. He has founded the Chakra Dialogues Foundation(CDF), a not-for-profit entity, for strengthening nation building efforts, grooming next-gen leaders in government, industry, academia and the corporate ecosystem to bolster our Comprehensive National Power(CNP).

He has been awarded by both Chief of the Air Staff and Chiefs of Staff Committee(CISC) for his pioneering contributions to both Image and Geo-Intelligence Analysis. The Southern Naval Command has given a Letter of Appreciation for his timely and accurate action plan which helped in saving countless lives in the Ernakulam District during Kerala Floods (2018)

As a Defence Specialist at National Security Council Secretariat(NSCS), he initiated and steered several national level Policy Reforms and Programs of National Importance. His multi-sectoral experience includes, Defence Aerospace; Policy and Strategy (Space, Geospatial, Defence and National Security Matters); Dual-Use Applications in Space and Geo-AI; Command Level Mission Planning; Multi-Agency Collaborative Geo-Int Platforms, Youth Employability. He has also represented India at several forums of Unites Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management(UN-GGIM).

As the Founding Director of the Indian Space Association (ISpA), he handles Policy, Operations, Government Interactions, Business Opportunity Creation and has been closely associated with both MoD and Defence Services for conceptualization and curation of the 75 DefSpace Challenges launched by the Hon’ble PM on 19 Oct 2022. He represents the ISpA as Space Industry Voice in MoD DefSpace Advisory Committee.

He founded Scytale Alpha, a Deep-Tech Startup, engaged in developing Quantum Secure Communications.

He also founded KRANTII (Knowledge, Resources, Networks, Technology, Innovation and Integration) in 2016, an online Think Tank and Voluntary Group of professionals, engaged in National Building and Social Service related activities. KRANTII was deeply involved in saving lives during Covid 2nd wave (2021) and helped in saving more than 3500 lives, across India, in a voluntary manner as a service to nation.
