The curriculum includes a comprehensive understanding of the cash deposit and withdrawal process from start to finish, handling of keys and vault access, and the complete account opening and form-filling procedures. It covers Internet and mobile banking functionalities, the CTS-based clearing process, and handling of non-financial transactions such as address changes, passbook updates, submission of Form 15G/H, and activation of dormant accounts. Participants will also be trained in sales pitching techniques for various banking products, gain insights into customer profiling through engaging role-play activities, and learn effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
